I hope this letter finds you feeling well just as it leaves me.
First off Doc, I wanted to tell you that I’m feeling great. The back pain from my L-4, L-5 continues to be on a scale from 1-10, a 3! I now find myself realizing that after I get from point A to point B I don’t think so much about my back pain. Like you advised me, I’m not pain free, I never expected to be, but I’m a heck of a lot better now than I have been in years. The pain I have now I can live with. Thanks for taking care of me.
Secondly Doc, I wanted to tell you that your staff at both offices are exceptional. Shannon is so pleasant to speak to, she was very accommodating every time I called. I’m sorry that I cannot refer your other staff members by name, they were all so professional, patient and kind. That kind of treatment you don’t always find in the medical profession nowadays.
