Dr. Lynch, Mae, Sarah, and Megan! I recently had surgery (ACL reconstruction) and wanted to thank all of you as you made the process go smoothly.
It’s not very often that every person you come into contact with in an office treat the patients with as much compassion as I have experienced. I appreciate how easy you made this for me, from the scheduling of the surgery, the surgery, the care, and helping me through the processing of this claim/short-term leave. Oh, I don’t want to leave out people at the surgery center, they were great also! Thanks so much!
