Dr. Lynch and Dr. Protomastro: I Left Having Had Great Care
Dr. Lynch and Dr. Protomastro from OrthoConnecticut were terrific when I broke my wrist April 6.
Dr. Lynch happened to be in the hospital when I was in the Emergency room. He came down to read the X-rays and set the break. He was calming, kind and informative so that I left having had great care. Dr. Protomastro met with me 2 weeks later to determine whether I would have surgery or not. His recommendation was surgery and he couldn’t have been more right. Never mind that I found him caring and informative…I also really liked his sense of humor! He told me I would be doing normal things in 3 weeks. I really didn’t believe him…but he was so right! I would also like to give kudos to the Hand Therapists who were wonderful, encouraging and caring. I hope I never have to go back there, but if I do, I will feel very confident in the care I will have.
