Vanessa Damm has been with OrthoConnecticut since 2017. After graduating from Johns Hopkins with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, Vanessa spent almost 4 years as an Emergency Medical Technician and Firefighter before getting her Master of Health Science degree and Physician Assistant Certificate at Duke University. She then completed the Physician Assistant Surgical Residency Program at Norwalk Hospital/Yale University School of Medicine and was the recipient of the Linda Brandt Memorial Award, recognizing her spirit of extra effort and dedication. Vanessa is the Lead Physician Assistant at Coastal Orthopedics and works alongside Dr. Joshua Frank who specializes in sports medicine.
