Sports Medicine specialist Dr. Ross Henshaw M.D. will discuss running strong to avoid common injuries.

Running is a wonderfully efficient way to improve your health, except when it produces chronic injuries. Dr. Henshaw will discuss the key areas to focus on in order to remain injury free. Whether you are training for a marathon or looking to maintain your regular running routine, Dr. Henshaw will look at the most common injuries plaguing runners today and how to avoid them in the first place and what to do if you are already afflicted by pain.
